Arya Consultancy Services provides consultancy, documentation, and facilitation services. By making a payment, the client agrees to the following refund terms:

1. No Refund After Service Initiation

Once the service process has been started or documents have been submitted, no refund will be applicable. The commencement of any consultancy, documentation, or facilitation work constitutes service initiation.

2. Cancellation Before Service Start

If the client cancels the request before initiation, a refund may be processed after deducting applicable administrative charges. The client must submit a written cancellation request. Refund eligibility will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

3. Non-Refundable Government Fees

Any government fees, third-party charges, or statutory payments made on behalf of the client are strictly non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Fees paid to government departments or regulatory bodies
  • Statutory filing charges and application fees
  • Third-party verification or processing fees
  • Charges levied by external agencies or authorities

4. Client Responsibility

No refund will be provided if the service is delayed, rejected, or cannot be completed due to incorrect, incomplete, or false information provided by the client. It is the client's sole responsibility to ensure all submitted documents and information are accurate and genuine.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method used at the time of the transaction. ACS will notify the client once the refund has been initiated.

6. Dispute Resolution

All disputes arising from refund claims or payment matters are subject to jurisdiction as per the company's registered office location. Any unresolved disputes shall be handled through:

  • Good faith negotiations between both parties
  • Mediation if negotiations are unsuccessful
  • Courts of jurisdiction in New Delhi, India, as a last resort

7. Retainership Agreements

Retainership fees are paid for the financial year (1st April to 31st March) and are non-refundable once the retainership period has commenced. Retainership agreements automatically expire on 31st March each year and must be renewed for the subsequent financial year. Unused months of a retainership are not eligible for partial refunds.

Note: All retainerships are aligned with the Financial Year (April–March) as per standard business practice in India.
